When contacting us
Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Geoglyphs app version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are welcome, but please remove any personal information you do not want to share.
Geoglyphs uses location while you walk to show your position, record the line you trace, and continue an active walk when the screen is locked or you switch apps. You can review location access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Geoglyphs.
Saving to Apple Health is optional. When you choose Apple Health after a completed walk, Geoglyphs can write a walking workout with distance, duration, and the recorded route. Geoglyphs does not read your health data. You can change permission in the Health app or Settings.
Saved projects stay in the app on your device. Sharing creates a link only when you choose to share. Publishing submits selected content for moderation before it can appear in the community gallery.
Stay aware of traffic, crossings, private property, terrain, weather, and local rules. Stop somewhere safe before adjusting the app, and do not follow a suggested line when conditions are unsafe.
